A baby is born and so is a parent

You have welcomed your baby. Now let someone care for you.

The early days after birth can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional and overwhelming.

You don't have to navigate them alone.

A woman with dark curly hair is sleeping on a white bed with her head resting on a black pillow. She appears peaceful and relaxed.

A safe space to rest, recover and be cared for.

Healing

A woman with curly black hair smiling while holding two babies, one drinking from a bottle, on a white plush couch in a room with neutral decor and a beige wall hanging.

Encouragement

Supporting you through the tender transition into parenthood

A woman wearing a white sweater with black stripes lifts a young child in a pink shirt into the air. They are near a large window with sheer white curtains, with a building visible outside.

Because your wellbeing matters too

Dignity

A smiling woman wearing glasses and a colorful African-style dress, standing in front of a yellow wall with woven baskets hanging on it.

Hi, I’m Lisa

I am a mother of 2 children, with over 20 years as a medical secretary in the NHS

I want every family I support to feel that they have someone in their corner.

Someone who cares. Someone who listens. Someone who can say, "You've got this — and you don't have to do it alone."

For you, baby and family

Intro

The Gentle Start

A woman with dark skin and short hair, wearing large hoop earrings and a white head wrap, is holding a young child with dark curly hair and a pink and white striped outfit. They are outdoors with a blurred background of trees and a blue sky.

Core

The Nurtured Journey

A black-and-white photograph of a family moment: a woman and a man face each other, both holding a baby between them. The woman has curly hair, and the man has short, textured hair. The baby, held by both parents, looks up at the woman. The background is plain and uncluttered.

Supporting you as you find your way after birth

Black and white photograph of a woman holding a sleeping baby against her chest, lying on a bed with a patterned blanket and a wall clock in the background.

Becoming a parent changes everything. It can bring an incredible amount of love and joy, but it can also bring tiredness, uncertainty, emotions and a completely new way of life
